At CY AeroMedical Centre, the safety and well-being of our applicants, staff, and visitors are our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and continuously improving our practices to uphold the highest safety standards in the aviation industry.

To achieve this, we will:

1.     Commit to Continuous Improvement: We will continually evaluate and improve our safety systems, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of safety and care. This includes learning from incidents, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

2.     Comply with Legal and Regulatory Requirements: We will adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards related to healthcare and safety. We are dedicated to maintaining full compliance with these requirements to ensure the safety and well-being of all who use the services of CY-AeroMedical Centre.

3.     Meet and Exceed Applicable Standards: We will strive to meet or exceed all applicable health safety standards, guidelines, and protocols as defined by EASA, ensuring our practices align with current best practices in patient care and safety management.

4.     Integrate Best Practices: We will actively seek out, adopt, and implement best practices in the healthcare industry to enhance the safety and quality of care provided. We encourage innovation, research, and collaboration between AMEs, flying personnel, airlines, flying schools, DCA/AMS and other partners in the aviation industry,  to ensure that our safety protocols remain effective and up-to-date.

5.     Provide Appropriate Resources: We are committed to providing the necessary resources, training, and support to our staff and subcontractors to maintain a safe environment. This includes investing in safety equipment, training programs, and technologies that enhance patient and staff safety
